Field Hospital, Sandy Hook, Md., August, 1864, subsequently sick in hospital at Harper’s Ferry September 24 through October, present at the Nov/Dec 1864 muster, recorded on June 14, 1865 as having been transferred to the 10th West Virginia Infantry, no date, Musician, description on enlistment: 18 year old Farmer, 5’ 3-1/2”, fair complexion, blue eyes, light hair, born in Madison Co., Va., no further records
