His name is Israel Wise (This may be an alias or Israel may be a middle name). Searching West Virginia soldiers on the Civil War database on the net, have not been able to identify him. He was born in West Virginia and moved to Michigan in 1919, passing away in 1932. We are seeking this info so he can be included in our registry on our website www.macombmicw.com.
