James are you in Graham or Cherokee county?

Are there other names mentioned in the indictment? I have 4 ancestors in Co C. Three brothers William Monroe Hogue, James Lenard Hogue, Daniel Washington Hogue & his son Carey Jackson Hogue.

If William Monroe Hogue was there at the courthouse I believe he did not go away empty handed.
