Searching for my ancestor's Date and Place of death. His Place of burial is also unknown.

Data from the Juneau Co., Wisconsin list of Civil War Veterans:
Name: Norris N. Phillips
Reg't: 16th Wis Reg Inf, Co.F, Pvt.
Years of Service: 4 Jan. 1862- disch, 12 June 1862, disibility

He is listed in the 1880 Census in Plymouth, Juneau Co., WI., Age 47. With him were his wife Martha D. age 47 and daughter Laura age 21, born in Wisconsin. Norris and Martha are listed as born in NY. Have not been able to locate him after this census.

Any help would be appreciated in learning his date and place of death to obtain a Death Record and confirm a family connection.
