I would like to contact any re-enactor from the Fifth Wisconsin Co. I Volunteers. My ancestor fought in this company and I have the detailed time and events that led to his capture at The Wilderness and his subsequent time spent at Andersonville and Florence,S. Carolina. It is very detailed as to how he kept alive two of his fellow prisoners by making shoes for the Rebels. There is a lot more to this story so I hope that there is someone who will contact me at your earliest convenience.
