Searching for letters, journals, and other personal and public documents referencing the life and military service of George W. Kline (1836-1914), who served in the Ninety-sixth Ohio Infantry during the Civil War. He began his service as a second lieutenant in Company I, and finished as captain and regimental quartermaster. After the war, he married (Barbara Ann) and settled in LaGrange, Michigan. Any and all help appreciated.
