Ohio C.W. Jacket help

Hello there,
I hope you don't mind me posting a message here, but I have what seems to be a CW jacket with Ohio buttons on it. They are gold coloured with a sun rising over the mountains and a river with a boat in the foreground, and in the nearground a field with sheaves of wheat I think. Ohio is written on the top of the buttons.
The jacket is blue, double breasted and has 'tails'. There is trimming in a pale beige running a little way up from each cuff and there are three buttons running vertically, and more trimming and buttons on the tails. The collar has an ornate leaf design.

The label says 'The M.C. Lilley and Co. Colombus, O Military and Society Goods. I BELIEVE this dates the jacket to 1882-1925.

Can anybody help me identify this jacket in any way?
Many thanks,
ALex
