Looking for information on the 67th Ohio compamy A and I. My great,great grandfather Amaziah Clark and his two brothers Leander and Edgar Clark were in the 67th. Leander was wounded on April 2, 1865 at Fort Gregg and died at Fort Monroe April 18th. Amaziah and Edgar made it back home which was out side of Wauseon, Ohio. What was the hospital like at that time? How did they move the wounded back to the hospital? By wagon, train, river?
