I found these results on Ancestory. Com. I found Martha Mott Wells by finding Dema's family tree. It gives her birth mother as Sarah and lists all the children in the family and by acessing them I was able to find other possible spouse's for William Wells.By doing this it led me to Leah Overmeier and Lear Mott which listed a William Wells born in 1832 in Ohio.In your last e-mail you stated that he was wounded in Gettysburg, the only Ohio Cavalry Unit that I could find that was in Gettysburg was the 6th Cavalry and I do not find a Charles or a William Wells in that unit.I also came across your web site the other night and wanted to say that it was very interesting.
