Susan, I am writing to you for two reasons.

The first is that I am tracing my late wife's family tree and one of the branches is that of Alfred Ransbottom. If possible I would like to get a copy of the photo you have that shows Alfred so that I can put it into his bio.

The second reason to write is that I am a DOCENT at the National Museum of the United States Army on Fort Belvoir, Virginia. On the third floor there is an exhibit about the Medal of Honor and those in the Army that have been awarded this medal. There is an automated display that allows guests to look up awardees and read their award. It also allows for a photo of the individual. Currently there is no photo of Alfred Ransbottom. If you would allow me I would like to be able to put a face to the award.
