I have John D. Donnellon b: Mar 24, 1830 in Ireland and d: Jul 5, 1920 in Sanilac Co., MI. He is buried at St. Joseph & St. Ignatius Catholc Church Cemetery near Argyle, MI along with wife and grand daughter. He was enrolled on the 3rd day of Sept. 1861. Co. G 1, Regt of Michigan Volunteers, Aug. 31, 1862 June 30, 1864 was in action at the Wilderness, mustered out Sept 17, 1864. Wounded twice at Wilderness May 5, 1864 and at Bull Run, Va Aug 29, 30, 1862. NO placque etc. on his grave. I would appreciate this grave being reconized for his bravery. Please let me know what can be done.
