I am looking for information / photographs of Gilbert Green who served in the 11th Michigan Calvary: K Company. He enlisted in the regiment on October 16, 1863 in Three Oaks, MI (Berrien Co.) as a Private rank. On October 4, 1864, Gilbert became a POW (prisoner of war) but returned to his regiment 8 months later on June 5, 1865. He was later discharged from military service on July 16, 1865 and was in Pulaski, TN at the time. I am interested in any information that anyone may have of Gilbert.
