It's a Confederate cemetery so if he wasn't removed along with all the other dead then he may still be at Malvern Hill. Most of the soldiers brought in off the battlefields around Richmond were never identified, Confederate or union. All I'm saying is that it is a possibility. Certainly not finding anything on-line.
