In my profile is a photo of my ancestor, Cornelius D. Young (at least I believe that the photo is of my ancestor Cornelius D. Young). I would also like to verify that this photo is Cornelius D. Young or at least verify that he appears to be a member of the 1st Michigan Sharpshooters. According to http://www.michiganinthewar.org/sharpshooters/1mssi.htm,
he enlisted as Young, Cornelius D. Jr in 1865 at age 27 from the town of Allen, Michigan.
