I have over 1800 names in my family tree, mostly Patterson and Stahlman, but the only Leroy I have is Arthur Leroy Patterson born May 13, 1897 and died in Minnesota April 9, 1963. Neither of the women he married matched Julia's name in my records but I could be missing information. His father was Reca and he was born in Battle Creek according to my Aunt. I also looked up Martha but I don't have one with a last name of Hulbert. Reca only had one wife that I am aware of and her name was Alma. They could have divorced, a little unheard of for that time but anything is possible. Do you know when R Patterson and Martha Hulbert were married? If Leroy Patterson was in or around the Calhoun County area at all in his lifetime odds are there is a connection.

Email me if you have some other pieces to the puzzle and I'll check my records for the connection. I received most of my information from my Aunt who still lives in Michigan. I'm still trying to validate the information with copies of state and county records. However, she might be able to assist in this.
