May 25, 1865 resigned; c.1872 married; as of 1880 and 1900 carpenter at Troy Township, Mich. as of 1890 living in Troy Township, Oakland County. with notation that he had suffered a broken leg during the war and fought at Rich Mountain, WVa., Perryville, Ky. Stone River, Tenn. and Chickamauga, Ga.
