Confederate Medical Badge

Surgeon Caspar C. Henkel, Steuart's Brigade, made the following two references to badges issued in April 1864.
15 April - "I received a beautiful lot of "badges" for the ambulance corps from home this morning. . . . . .they are much admired, & Genl Steuart is much pleased with them. The device is a shield made of yellow trimmed with green around the edges - bearing a cross on its face."
24 April - "I have given out the badges to the ambulance corps & hosp. stewards. Genl Steaurt is much pleased with them."

Anyone familiar with a surviving sample?
Thanks in advance.
