On Fri. eve. July 6 @ 7 p.m, The Town Museum of Williamsport, Md.(12 Springfield Lane) will be hosting and event commemorating the 155th anniversaries of the July 6, 1863, Battle of Williamsport and the July 14, 1863 Battle of Falling Waters, Md. Featured speakers include Ted Alexander, George Franks III and Steve French. Music by the Hancock Civil War String Band and Mollie Rebuck. Also, relics from the battles, book sales, period reenactors, artist Garnet Jex Civil War exhibit, and more. The event is free. Doors open at 6.
