Searching for letters, journals, and other personal and public documents referencing the life and military service of Henry Gaither, who served as a corporal in Company H of the Thirty-ninth U.S. Colored Infantry. After the war, Gaither (about 1833-about 1890) lived in Baltimore with his wife Rachel and daughter Ellen. Any and all help appreciated.
