Thank you for the posting. I was a member of the Electric Scotland website for many years and the boards were all "bantered and battered" so greatly, the web manager took the site down and changed it to private.

I belong to a few benevolent organizations and really enjoy exchanging material and chatting with other history buffs..I guess you could say, I am "All things Scottish and All things early American History". And by the way, I am now researching the early on and current Bickerdyke Ranch in Capital SD and that area. If anyone has knowledge of this particular family that came west and settled firstly in Barton County KS and then moved on with the cattlemen, I would appreciate correspondence.
