I received this email; anyone familiar with his work?

"Anyone familiar with the author Robert Collins from Andover, KS and/or his book, 'General James G. Blunt: Corrupt Conqueror,' due out soon according to a flyer. The publisher is Pelican Publishing Company, Gretna, Louisiana. I checked their website, but found nothing. His flyer says he is 'best known as the author of Ghost Railroads of Kansas and Kansas Pacific: An Illustrated History.' "
