Do you have any idea how to obtain the Kevin B. Johnson book? It was listed on amazon.com several years ago, but when I tried to order it they said it was unavailable. I see now that amazon.com has a used copy listed for $193.63, way too pricy for me, especially a sight-unseen item. I also asked Clark Kenyon at Camp Pope Bookshop and he never even heard of it. It must have been a very limited printing.
