Dyer says 26,672 Indiana soldiers died in the war so you are only about 5000 short.

Ancestry.com will also let you do some searching without paying to join. One sub-section is US Veteran Cemeteries. I'm not sure what is free & what is not. I pay the annual fee.

I'm going to see what I can do with some of the others on your list.
