I'm searching for information (including roster listings and the regimental history) regarding the 80th Indiana Infantry, and in particular Company B commanded by C. S. Dobbins.

According to his CW pension application record, my 3G-grandfather, Wilson Salmon, served in this unit, enlisting on 14 August 1862 and honorably discharged at Indianapolis on 2 April 1863 after suffering injuries in battle at Perryville KY in the fall of 1862. He lived in the Martin Co IN area at the time of his enlistment.
