Thanks for the response. The two flags I mentioned as being captured by the 2nd Indiana Cavalry are in the State of Georgia collection and the MOLLUS Museum in Phildadelphia. The former was returned to Georgia from Indiana years after the Civil War and the latter was donated to the museum by a vet of the 2nd Indiana Cavalry.

I would indeed like to see the flag you mention. Please email to Biggsk@aol.com There was one offered on Ebay some time back that is not authentic.
