I am writing a blog tracing the steps of my great-great grandfather through the Civil War. He was from Wayne County, Indiana and served in the 8th, 36th and 69th Indiana Infantries. He served from the beginning of the war to the end. I'm hoping to post a new blogpost every week tracing where he was 150 years ago.
