I can't find him rosters on two web sites
The closest match is Will Millhouce of Kendallville who was assigned to Co C, 30th Ind. Infantry Rgt. but never joined the regiment. I don't think this is the right person as there is 60 odd mile distance between Savastopol and Kendallville. I went through the entire "M's" in the 30th Ind. Infantry Rgt.
