That's the link I was looking for. Thanks so much for posting it. I saw it quite some time ago then lost the link. Now that the initial transcription of Private Allen's diary is through, I'm delving into an in depth analysis of the day to day happenings of Company A. It's VERY interesting to see the same actions of the war from the perspective of a Major and a Private. Sometimes it seems like a totally different war.
