John, Why don't you write to the Military Museum at Camp Lincoln in Springfield and see if perhaps they can help you. They have in their possesion a lot of very old military stuff relating to Illinois units from many time periods. I know that it might be some where between slim and none that they have what you seek, but one never knows until one tries. Good luck my friend.
