Robert, I fwd'd the picture to three other friends and they all said the same thing, post-war. Some mentioned the clothes from some fraternal society, costumes for actors or the such as possibilities.
In regards to you you ancestors in the 30th IL, do you have any information on them? I would be very much interested.
