Patrick White, Medal of Honor

I am seeking information on Irish born (County Sligo) American Civil War Medal of Honor winner Captain PATRICK WHITE. White served in the Chicago Mercantile Battery, Illinois Light Artillery. At Vicksburg, Mississippi on 22 May 1863, Captain White “Carried with others by hand a cannon up to and fired it through an embrasure of the enemy's works,” earning the distinguished award.
Mr. White settled in Albany, New York after the war and died on November 25,1915 and is buried in St Agnes Cemetery, Menands, New York.

Any information regarding Mr. White - family, occupation, obituary, etc., would be greatly appreciated and fully acknowledged.
