I went to "Google" and entered Boulware's wharf. I was surprised to get a hit on history-sites, and there are 4 listings for the subject. When I came back to the prisons forum, I entered the exact title of the initial hit, and the site said "nothing". Since it was way back in 2007, possibly the listing expired.
