Hello David, you're correct in that the rostum and monuments etc were not at Camp Chase in 1867. Also notice that civilians were not included on the list. The 1907 register also does not reflect civilians however the 1912 register does. While I have the 1912 Register I have not found a way to put it online as of yet.

This is the map that was at the Franklin County Recorders Office in Columbus, Ohio. It was dated 1867 so it has to be Tolfords work. I will admit that other items have been added.

To answer your question the answer I believe is yes, Chaplain Tolford does have in his own handwriting the dead of Chase. As soon as I get the chance I will try and post it on the SCV site. However, it may take months before I make it back to Ohio.
