I am looking for info on my Civil War relative. Louisiana 2nd Infintry, Company B (Union) William P Gore. In 1865 he was absent and reduced to the ranks, S.O. 28. How can I find out more info on this court martial? His other record says he was released from police jail 1865. Where should I look for info?
