I have a letter written by a Frank Wilson from Camp Chase in March of 1865. It is difficult from the letter to determine whether he was a prisoner or a guard, but he does mention the poor food and states that mail should be sent to him at "Prison 2 Barracks 6". Does anyone have any information on who this individual might be? Thanks!
