Andersonville Prison to Jacksonville Ga

On May 28, 1864 Patrick Clark, a member of the Oneida Cavalry (NYSV), while escorting Lt. Webster ADC to Gen Rufus Ingalls, was captured at Hanover, Va. He was confined at Richmond, Va. May 30th, and sent to Andersonville, Ga. on June 8, 1864. He was imprisoned at Andersonville until he appears on record as bing paroled at Jacksonville, Fla. on April 28, 1865. Doe anyone have information regarding the trek of the Union soldiers from Andersonville to Jacksonville at this time?
