Dennis good luck on your book, I would love a copy for my genealogy library. I just discovered tonight that my Maternal G-G-Grandfather William Standley was a prisoner there from about 1864 till end of war. He was of G Company 7th Florida Infantry Regiment and was captured at the battle of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. So far I have not been able to find a listing of prisoners with him listed, on the Internet. The microfilm you mention would that be at the National Archive?
