Thx Matthew, the book and its research are already a winner. Both monuments and tombstones and historial markers are in the works already because of some of the research.

It has been an honor to be one of the first ones to truly learn about Camp Chase thru the tens of thousands of letters left behind at Washington DC.

Many photo's some for the first time will be in the book. It would be nice if I could make some money from the book however that is NOT my purpose for writing it. I have been told already that I will probably lose money with the book, I just hope it's NOT too much. LOL The average WBTS book only sells about 1,500 copies NOT quite enough to break even. The purpose for the book was and is to further research at Camp Chase and tell of its vast untold stories concerning the men and women who were there. The youngest woman to be held prisoner at Camp Chase was but a teenager, she was from Tennessee.
