His name was Benjamin Franklin Frampton he was in as best I can tell from reading a very bad copy of the census record in clarion county possibly Bell twp. According to his pension records he was in the 2nd Reg inft. company C ( his cousin of the same name was in company B and 2 other cousins of the same name were in other units)
It is family history that he and his cousins of the same name all enlisted in Mackensburg Pa ( not sure if that is spelled correctly or not) with in weeks of eachother.

This is really appicerated. Who knows when I start on my husbands side of hte family I will probably be back asking for help as according to my mother in law her mother somwhere, some how, who knows how, is a cousin to Gen. Lee but who knows how true that is. I have not really looked into that because it seems that a lot of people that I have met from the Tn/ Va areas somehow seem to at least attempt to connect themselves with Mr Lee.
