Prisoners at Old Capitol Prison

Lt. Edward Owen of the Washington (Louisiana) Artillery evidently listed a few prisoners at Old Capitol Prison but did not give dates and the listed fate of the prisoners may be after their release; the names may also be misspelled. I have provided some possible identities and amplifying information in brackets.
