Parts of the USS Monitor have been recovered and will be on display at a museum at Hampton Roads, VA. The turret has been recoverd as have the two guns from it, along with many other artifacts. Most of the hull will not be as it has pretty much collapsed.

Part of the CSS Virginia is at the Museum of the Confederacy in Richmond. The vast majority is buried in the James River where it blew up.
