Several entries from deck logs are included in the volumes of the ORN, and I believe that a small number of others are shown at some web sites, though I cannot recall, off the top of my head, where exactly (one might be the USS HARVEST MOON web site).
However, I think you may have to contact the National Archives about the ones you seek personally.
