Re: David Porter, "Incidents and Anecdotes"

Does the book have an index? I'd be interested in anything Porter has to say regarding the capture in March 1864 of rebel mail containing information on torpedoes, the Hunley, and Singer's secret service corps. In response to this information, he issued General Order 184, warning against rebel saboteurs putting explosives in the coal piles and such people should be shot on sight.
