In Response To: Re: Crew of CSS Tuscaloosa ()

Maurice, I'm disappointed that you have not continued this discussion in the last couple of days, especially since I originally went to the trouble of sending notice to Roy Rawlinson of my Yonge site, with the intention of drawing out your immediate (which did occur) and prolonged (ended too quickly) comments. My guess was correct in assuming that Roy would rush pell mell to let you know of the site.
Despite this, I will now continue to locate more material on the crew to ensure accuracy in their bios. I have just found a contradiction in the burial place of one of those mentioned in your article on the crew. I have a gentleman in London who was originally being paid to locate documentation on CSN sailors from the CSS GEORGIA and the CSS RAPPAHANNOCK, but I have now requested him to include a few (for the moment) from the CSS ALABAMA. However, this will probably take some months or longer, as I have instructed him to continue his priorities with the original requests of mine.
