Jeramiah Hackworth was a pvt in the 14th Ky Infantry Co I Union Army. He is buried at Doc Miller Cemetary Magoffin Co Ky. Their is also a Jesse Hackworth buried there that also served in the same unit. Their is also a picture of the grave on the 14th Ky Infantry webpage.
