Bryce, I did some checking and what you are looking for might be available, used, under the Hippocrene Books, Inc. banner. They were located at 171 Madison Ave., New York. I have one copy of John Van Duyn Southworth's volume II. He was Navy League, as well as Associate Member of the United States Naval Institute. I believe the chronology of this earlier printing is different, this second volume covering the 1936-1972 period. LCC: 67-16200.
