The Wikipedia Drayton image is USN, hence US govt, hence no copyright problems for you to use. The tip off is the NH & number on the line just above the print. The Navy History and Heritage Command (Naval Historical Center) website has a nice selection of illustrations (all free use) and has a people section, which may be where this came from. If so (I haven't check Drayton there), their illustration may be easier to use than Wikipedia's. Hope this helps. Jack Smith
