How many Secret Service corps were there?

I'm curious if anyone has made a study of the different Secret Service Corps that were active during the war--the "main groups" so to speak. I can name 4:
1) Tuckers boat burners (St. Louis)
2) Singer Torpedo Corps (Louisiana)
3) Zere McDaniel (Trans-Mississippi?)
4) Thomas Courtenay (James River and Wilmington)

Were there any other main groups?

Also, Courtenay and McDaniel's operations were "federalized" in 1864, that is, incorporated into the main war effort when the Confederate Congress passed a secret service authorization bill, but Tucker remained unofficial. Any other groups with similar histories?
