Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am looking for what ship a naval officer served on in the summer of 1863, east coast of the U.S. His name was Christopher Ward and a native of New York City. I attempted to do a lookup on the NPS's Soldiers and Sailors and the Sailors portion is not established.
