I have several 20 pounder Parrot chilled nose bolt projectiles in my collection. They were unfired, and are stamped with the initials R.P.P (Robert Parker Parrot) and R.B.H. (Robert Bradley Hitchcock, a Navy Ordnance Inspector). They are also stamped PATENTED 1861. I assume they were for Naval use.
